| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbam tika izvirzīts mērķis - izpētīt, kādi motivēšanas instrumenti SIA “Gustavs Ādolfs” darbiniekus ietekmē visefektīvāk, kā arī izstrādāt darbinieku motivēšanas un atalgojuma sistēmas uzlabošanas priekšlikumus. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika veikta darbinieku anketēšana, kurā ir noteiktas personāla vajadzības un pastāvošo motivēšanas instrumentu vērtējums. Darbā ir sniegts SIA ”Gustavs Ādolfs” vispārīgs raksturojums, motivēšanas teorijas, kā arī teorētiskais pamats atalgojuma sistēmas izveidošanai. Darba noslēdzošajā daļā ir analizēta SIA “Gustavs Ādolfs” pašreizējā motivēšanas un atalgojuma sistēma, kā arī izklāstītas sistēmas pilnveidošanas iespējas šajā uzņēmumā. Bakalaura darbam ir 62 lapas, 5 attēli, 8 tabulas un divi pielikumi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The target of this bachelor work has been set to explore the most effective motivation instruments and to develop the improvement plan for the benefit and compensation system in Ltd. “Gustavs Ādolfs”. A personnel questionnaire, including personnel needs and evaluation of the existing motivation instruments, was performed to reach the aim of the bachelor work. This work contains general characteristics of Ltd. “Gustavs Ādolfs”, theories of motivation, theoretical basis of developing the compensation system. The conclusive part of this bachelor work contains the analysis of the existing benefit and compensation system in Ltd. “Gustavs Ādolfs” and improvement suggestions.
