Bezdarba un nodarbinātības problēmas Latvijā

Abstract

Izvēlētā bakalaura darba tēma ir „Bezdarba un nodarbinātības problēmas Latvijā”. Nodarbinātība un bezdarbs ir aktuālas ekonomikas problēmas, kas parāda ļoti nozīmīgo darbaspēka izmantošanas pakāpi. Latvijā bezdarba līmenis samazinās, uzlabojas nodarbinātības rādītāji, tomēr ir problēmas, kas ierobežo šo rādītāju lielāku attīstību. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izanalizēt bezdarbu un nodarbinātību Latvijā, bezdarba un nodarbinātības galvenos rādītājus, un to attīstības dinamiku, izanalizēt bezdarba un nodarbinātības problēmas, uzdevumus un pasākumus to risināšanai. Bakalaura darbam ir gan teorētiska, gan praktiska nozīme. Tas ir izmantojams gan kā mācību, gan kā informatīvs materiāls par bezdarbu un nodarbinātību, par problēmām, kas ierobežo nodarbinātību, un pasākumiem bezdarba samazināšanai un nodarbinātības paaugstināšanai.

Choicen bachelor paper issue is „Unemployment and employment problems in Latvia”. Employment and unemployment are urgent problems in economics, which demonstrate very important labour force using level. In Latvia unemployment rate decrease, employment indices improve, but anyway there are problems, which limit greater improve of this indices. The bachelor paper target is analyse unemployment and employment in Latvia, analyse unemployment and employment general indices and their progress, analyse unemployment and employment problems, tasks and arrangements, which develop this problems. The bachelor paper have a academic and practical meaning. It can be use both instructional, and how informative material about unemployment and employment, about problems, which limit employment, and about arrangements for decreasing unemployment and for employment raising.
