SIA "Roze" finanšu analīze

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir veikt finansiālās darbības analīzi un izstrādāt ieteikumus uzņēmuma darbības uzlabošanai. Darbā tika aplūkota uzņēmuma iekšējā un ārējā vide, finanšu rādītāji. Par pētījuma bāzi tika izmantots uzņēmums SIA ‘’Roze’’. Uzņēmums dibināts 1996. gada 18. janvārī Alūksnē un ir licencēts uzņēmums pārtikas preču mazumtirdzniecībā. Darbā tika veikta plaša finansiālās darbības analīze, salīdzinot finanšu rādītājus par 2004., 2005. un 2006. gadu, analizējot tos, lai izstrādātu ieteikumus uzņēmuma turpmākās darbības attīstībai. Tika izmantotas trīs pētnieciskās metodes: ekonomiskā, statistiskā un matemātiskā. Pētot uzņēmumu ir izdarīti svarīgākie secinājumi: •Uzņēmums darbojas ar zaudējumiem; •Uzņēmumam praktiski nav konkurētspējīgu priekšrocību; •Uzņēmumam nopietni jāapsver nākotnes perspektīvas. Veicot finansiālās darbības analīzi, tika izstrādāti ieteikumi uzņēmuma veiksmīgai attīstībai: •Nepieciešams papildus ilgtermiņa aizņēmums; •Veikt uzņēmuma finansiālās darbības analīzi arī turpmāk; •Palielināt neto apgrozījumu, atverot jaunu lielveikalu, kurā būtu gan pārtikas, gan rūpniecības preču, gan apģērbu nodaļa; •Restaurēt un iznomāt savas brīvās ēkas citiem uzņēmumiem.

The aim of the reserch work is manage financial activity analysis and work out recommendation for successfull development. Internal and external environment, financial indices are described in the reserch work The author has worked out her research work during her practice in limited liability company ‘’Roze’’. The company was founded on the 18 of January 1996 in Aluksne and it has an official permission to sell food products. The author has made a wide analysis of financial planning in the last three years. According to the aim of research work, author has used three different scientific methods - economical, statistical and mathematical methodologies. The author has arrived to the most important conclusions: •The company run at a loss; •The company practically has not competitive preferences; •The company needs to weigh all possibilities for successful development. The author has investigated some new ways for improving of financial planning and she has made several important recommendations for company: •To carry out financial analysis of the enterprise also in the future; •To increase the net turnover, set up a supermarket with diverse shops; •It is necessary to take long – term loan; •To restore and rent vacant buildings for other companies.
