SIA "Salvija" finanšu gada pārskatu analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ir izstrādāts ar mērķi veikt SIA “SALVIJA” finanšu gada pārskatu analīzi, novērtēt analīzes gaitā iegūtos rezultātus, un uz tā pamata izvirzīt priekšlikumus situācijas pilnveidošanai. Darba aktualitāti noteica tas, ka mūsdienu tirgus ekonomikas apstākļos ir ļoti daudz uzņēmumu, kuri nodarbojas ar lauksaimniecības produktu ražošanu un tirdzniecību, un šajā jomā valda pietiekami liela konkurence. Katra uzņēmuma stiprākā īpašība ir spēja elastīgi reaģēt uz pārmaiņām apkārtējā vidē un konkrētajā situācijā. Tādēļ uzņēmējiem jābūt kompetentiem izvēlētajā darbības sfērā – jāprot organizēt mārketinga darbību, nodibināt stabilas partnerattiecības ar piegādātājiem, no kuru darbības ir atkarīga izejvielu un materiālu piegāde, to kvalitāte un termiņi. Darbā raksturotas praksē izmantotās uzņēmumu finanšu pārskatu analīzes metodes, raksturots un novērtēts uzņēmuma ekonomiskais stāvoklis, tai skaitā likviditāte, maksātspēja un rentabilitāte, un izteikti secinājumi un priekšlikumi uzņēmuma darbības pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darba izstrādei izmantoti – bakalaura darba tēmai atbilstoša zinātniskā literatūra, statistika, periodika un interneta resursi. Darbā ir 79 lappuses, 22 attēli, 24 tabulas, 23 formulas. The bachelor paper is developed with the purpose to perform the analysis of companys SALVIJA Ltd. finansial report, to evaluate the results out of the analysis of finansial reports and to move out proposition. Toical nature of the paper is determined by the fact that in modern market economy conditions there are very many enterprises engaged in agriculture products manufacture and great competition governs this sphere. Therefore important pecualiarity of the enterprise is its ability to respond to changes in environment, and it is of great importance to analyze the enterprise and its business activities. As a result of such a bachelor paper, the fallowing items have been eveluted, like a methods whose make to use the analysis of finansial reports in practice of the enterprise is described, economic position of the enterprise is described and evaluted, conclutions and propositions of improvement of activities of enterprise are given. Various information sources were used in preparation of the bachelor paper – relevant scientific literature, statistics, periodicals and the internet databases. The paper contains 79 pages, 24 tables, 22 figures, 23 diagrams. Key words: analysis, liquidity, profitableness, circulation.
