Līzinga operāciju analīze Latvijā

Abstract

Diplomdarbā tiek izpētīti līzinga attīstības jautājumus Latvijas tirgū. Līzinga operācijas tiek izpētītas attiecinot tas uz bankām un līzinga kompānijām. Darbā izmantotas ekonomiskās, grafiskās analīzes un teorētiskās metodes. Darbā par literatūras avotiem kalpo dažādu autoru pētījumi par minēto tematu, laikrakstu raksti, normatīvie akti, kā arī statistiskie un nepublicētie materiāli. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Darba pirmajā daļā tiek apskatīta līzinga jēdziena izcelsme un līzinga attīstība, tiek analizēts līzinga operāciju iedalījums un jēdziens. Darba otrajā daļa tiek izpētīts līzinga darījumu ekonomiski - tiesiskie aspekti. Autore apraksta līzinga regulējošo likumdošanu ārvalstīs un Latvijā, darījumu juridisko nodrošinājumu, līzinga līguma un nomas pirkuma līguma atšķirības, veic riska analīzi, kā arī analizē līzinga priekšrocības un trūkumus no katra līzinga dalībnieka viedokļa. Darba trešajā daļā tiek pētītas līzinga attīstības perspektīvas Latvijā un līzinga darījumu attīstība Latvijas tirgus ekonomikā. Darba beigās autore izdara secinājumus par patreizējo līzinga devēju stāvokli Latvijas tirgū, kā arī tiek piedāvāti priekšlikumi līzinga attīstības pilnveidošanai Latvijā. Darbam ir teorētiska un praktiska nozīme, to savā darbā var izmantot speciālisti, kuriem jārisina ar līzingu saistītie jautājumi. Diplomdarbā izmatotā analītiskā, grafiskā, statistiskā, monogrāfiskā metode.

ABSTARCT

The author of diploma essay by taking as a basis international and Latvian legislation, literature in economics, publications in the press and some unpublished data of some organizations- performs a research in leasing and its advantages compared to other sources of financing and examines other aspects connected with efficient performance of leasing as a deal. The objective of the paper is to reveal leasing as an advantageous way of financing and to make proposals for further support and development of leasing in Latvia. There are three parts in the work. In the first part author explore leasing essence, kinds. In the second part author discovers the legislative side of leasing in Latvia. In the third part author explore the leasing situation in Latvian economy. In the end of the diplomas author make the analysis summary. The author explores the development of leasing in the world, characterises different types and objects of leasing, analyses the procedure of leasing as a conclusion of a deal by clarifying also risks connected with it. In the conclusion the author shows the development trends of leasing and current market situation of leasing in Latvia and considers leasing legislation in Latvia. There in the diplomas are used analytic, statistical, graphical, monographic methods.
