PET atkritumu apsaimniekošanas uzņēmumu attīstība Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ir par tēmu atkritumu apsaimniekošana. Sīkāk tiek apskatīta plastmasas atkritumu apsaimniekošana. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta atkritumu apsaimniekošanas attīstība Eiropas Savienībā, kā arī Latvijas atkritumu apsaimniekošanas nozares raksturojums. Otrā nodaļa ietver informāciju par normatīvajiem aktiem, kuri regulē atkritumu apsaimniekošanas un atkritumu ražotāju uzņēmumu darbību gan Eiropas Savienībā, gan Latvijas teritorijā. Trešā nodaļa veltīta plastmasas izstrādājumiem u to apsaimniekošanai. Tajā sīkāk tiek runāts par plastmasas iepakojumu un tā ietekmi uz vidi, kā arī par plastmasas iepakojuma savākšanu un pārstrādi. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek analizēti atkritumu apsaimniekošanas apjomi laika posmā no 2003.-2005. gadam. Kā arī šī nodaļa ietver atkritumu apsaimniekošanas nozarē darbojošos uzņēmumus, kuri savu darbību orientē uz PET atkritumu apsaimniekošanu. Secinājumi un priekšlikumi izteikti piektajā nodaļā. Kā vienu no svarīgākajiem priekšlikumiem jāmin nozares klastera izveide.

The paper is regarding such issue as waste management. The plastic waste management is considered in details. In the first chapter the development of waste management in Europe is considered as well as the description of Latvian waste management sector is given. The second chapter contains information regarding legislative acts that regulate activities of waste management and waste production companies both in European Union and in territory of Latvia. The third chapter is dedicated to the plastic ware and its management. In the chapter the plastic wrapping and its influence to the environment is considered, as well as the collection and recycling of the plastic wrapping. In the fourth chapter the range of waste management within the time period from 2003 to 2005 is analysed. The chapter discusses the companies that operates in the waste management sector and that orient their activities to PET waste management.
