Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir Līzinga portfeļa palielināšanas iespējas un risku identificēšana SIA "Hansa Līzings. Darba mērķis ir rast iespējas saprātīgi vadīt SIA Hansa Līzings portfeļa risku tā, lai tas neatstātu negatīvu iespaidu uz līzinga portfeļa pieaugumu. Darbs ir sadalīts četrās daļās. Pirmā daļā ir ietverta vispārīga informācija par līzingu un tā darījumiem. Aplūkota līzinga būtība, vēsture, termini, veidi, kā arī analizēts Latvijas līzinga tirgus sadalījums, tā attīstība un tendences. Darba otrajā daļā ir izpētīti riski, kam pakļauti SIA Hansa Līzings darījumi, meklēti veidi, kā šos riskus kompensēt un izvairīties no tiem. Izpētīta arī negatīvā ietekme, ko pārmērīga cenšanās mazināt katra darījuma riska pakāpi, atstāj uz līzinga portfeļa pieaugumu. Trešajā darba daļā, galvenokārt izmantojot SIA Hansa Līzings nepublicētos materiālus un autora darba pieredzi strādājot šajā uzņēmumā par līzinga menedžeri, izpētīta līzinga darījumu noslēgšanas procedūra, darījumu uzraudzība, finanšu analīzes pamatprincipi un darījumus apstiprināšanas pamatprincipi. Šajā nodaļā autors ir izstrādājis pamatprincipus, kam jāpievērš uzmanība analizējot dažādu nozaru uzņēmumus. Darba ceturtajā daļā autors ir izstrādājis praktisku piemēru uzņēmuma finanšu analīzē un risku izvērtēšanā. Autors ir secinājis, ka SIA Hansa Līzings svarīgi ir rūpēties gan par līzinga portfeļa pieaugumu, gan par tā drošību. Kāda šo faktoru ignorēšana var nodrošināt panākumus īsā laika periodā. Lai SIA Hansa Līzings nodrošinātu panākumus ilgtermiņā, ir svarīgi rast kompromisu starp līzinga portfeļa pieaugumu un riska mazināšanu. Darba apjoms bez pielikumiem ir 63 lappuses. Darbā izmantoti ir 6 attēli, 2 tabulas un 2 pielikumi. Title of this paper is Compensation of the leasing portfolio increase and risk in Hansa Līzings. Aim of this work is to find facilities of managing Hansa Līzings portfolio risk, so that it won’t leave the negative affect on the increase of the leasing portfolio. Work is divided into four parts. First part includes general information about leasing deals – leasing essence, history, terms, and types. There is also analyzed the division of Latvia’s leasing market, its development and tendencies. Second part researches the risks, which are involved in leasing deals. Author is looking for ways how to compensate and eliminate these risks. This part also researches the negative impact on the leasing portfolio increase that is caused by unreasonable trying to eliminate risk for each deal. In the third part, author researches the procedure of leasing deal formation and control. This part also deals with basic principles of financial analyze and leasing deal approval in Hansa Līzings. In this chapter author gives the basic principles that has to be considered, analyzing different type of companies. In the fourth part, author gives practical example in financial analyze of the company. Author has come to conclusion that for Hansa Līzings it is very important to take care for the increase of leasing portfolio and the risk level. Ignoring one of those factors may ensure good results only in short term. To ensure good results in longer term, it is very important to find a compromise between the increase of leasing portfolio and risk level. This paper consists of 63 pages excluding annexes. There are 6 picture, 2 table and 2 annexes used in this paper. In this paper, author has used Hansa Līzings unpublished materials, special economical literature, publicities in periodical editions and authors work experience in Hansa Līzings.
