Pasākumu izstrāde uzņēmuma finanšu stabilitātes nodrošināšanai un vadīšanai

Abstract

Maģistru darbā par tēmu: „Pasākumu izstāde uzņēmuma finanšu stabilitātes nodrošināšanai un vadīšanai” par piemēru ņemot SIA «N» analīze no likviditātes pozīcijas, maksātspējas un bankrota varbūtības, tiek dots finansiālas noturības novērtējums un izstrādāti pasākumi tās palielināšanai. Novērtējums tiek veikts pamatojoties uz bilances horizontālas un vertikālas analīzes pamata, finansiālajiem koeficentiem, naudas plūsmas atskaites. Bankrota varbūtības analīze ir veikta pēc Tafflera un Djurana modeļa izmantošanas bāzes. Pēc saņemto rezultātu bāzes ir noformulēti secinājumi un piedāvājumi finansiālas uzņēmuma noturības paaugstināšanai. Minētā uzņēmuma darbības uzlabošanai ir piedāvāti ieteikumi un rekomendācijas. Šis darbs sastāv no ievada, četrām daļām un secinājumiem; tajā ir iekļauts izmantotās literatūras saraksts, 8 zīmējumi un 21 tabula. •Pirmā daļā iztirzāti teorētiskie aspekti. •Otrā daļā - barošanas nozares īpatnības un tās daļa IKP LR. •Trešā daļā– tiek novērtēta uzņēmuma maksātspēja un uzņēmuma bankrota iespējamība, SIA «N» finansiālās analīze. •Ceturtā daļā tiek dotas finansiālas uzņēmuma noturības rekomendācijas tās palielināšanai.

In master's degree work on a theme «The development of activites for company’s financial stability managment sustainability» is conducted analysis of SIA «N» from position of liquidity, solvency and probability of bankruptcy, the estimation of financial stability is given and measures are developed on its increase. An estimation is conducted on foundation of horizontal and vertical statement, financial coefficients, money streams analysis. The analysis of probability of bankruptcy is conducted on the basis of the use of model of Tafflera and models of Dyurana. On the basis of the got results conclusions are formulated and suggestion on the increase of financial stability of enterprise. The oretical government financial stability of firm bases are examined in the first chapter of GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL STABILITY of ENTERPRISE BASE. In the second chapter «ANALYSIS of FEATURE of ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY In the field of PUBLIC food CONSUMPTION» is features of industry of public food consumption and its stake in Gross domestic product of Latvia. There is «ANALYSIS of ECONOMIC And FINANCIAL ACTIVITY of SIA „N”» in the third chapter is analysed the financial state of firm, a financial analysis is conducted for the purpose liquidity, to profitability and financial stability of enterprise for five years, the estimation of probability of bankruptcy settles accounts. In the fourth chapter of «MEASURE ON INCREASE of FINANCIAL STABILITY» given recommendation on the increase of financial stability of enterprise. 8 pictures and 21 table are built in master's degree work.
