Saimnieciskās darbības analīze uz jauninājumiem orientētā uzņēmumā.

Abstract

Uzņēmuma finanšu stāvokļa analīzes nozīmi grūti pārvērtēt, tā kā tieši šī analīze ir bāze, uz kuras pamata veidojas uzņēmuma finanšu politikas izstrāde. Uz finanšu stāvokļa analīzes datiem notiek gandrīz visus uzņēmuma finanšu politikas virzienu izstrādāšana un no tā, cik kvalitatīvi analīze tiek veikta, ir atkarīga pieņemto vadību lēmumu efektivitāti. Mūsdienas nosacījumos finanšu analīzes veikšanas nozīme pieaug. Uzņēmumi strādā nenoteiktā ekonomiskā un politiskā vidē. No šejienes rodas neskaidrība un nepārliecība gaidāmo galīgo rezlutātu saņemšanā, grūtības stratēģisko plānu un prognožu izstrādē, aizņēmumu uzkrājumi, partneru neuzticība viens otram, un kā sekas, saimniecisko sakaru zaudējums. Vairāk un vairāk uzņēmumu pievērš uzmanību lietišķam imidžam, partnera reputācijai, maksātspējīgam aiznēmējam, tātad finanšu analzei. Finanšu analīzes galvenais mērķis ir netikai uzņēmuma tekoša stāvokļa analīze, bet arī tendenču novērošana finanšu pamatrādtāju pārmaiņās, vāju pozīciju atklāšana, mērķtiecīgo darbu veikšana šo rādītāju uzlabošanai, uzņēmuma finanšu stāvokļa uzlabošanas rezerves noteikšana. Tātad šo darbu galvenais mērķis ir – izpētīt uzņēmuma SIA „INIKA” finanšu stāvokli, noskaidrot finanšu darbības pamatproblēmas un izstrādāt priekšlikumus finanšu vadībai. Pētīšanas objekts – SIA „INIKA” – ir uzņēmums Latvijā, darbības pamatvirzieni ir zīmogu un stampi izgatavošana, zīmogu turētāju vairum- un mazumtirdzniecība, poligrāfiju pakalpojumu sniegšana un apsardzes darbība. Darba mērķa sasniegšanai autors izvirzīja sekojošos uzdevumus: •izpētīt finansu analīzes būtību; •izpētīt ārējo faktoru ietekmi uz uzņēmuma finanšu stāvokli; •izpētt finanšu rādtāju ietekmi uz uzņēmuma vadības stratēģiju izstrādāšanu; •veikt SIA “INIKA” finanšu analīzi, lai ar reālajiem rezultātiem ieraudzīt uzņēmuma esošo stāvokli; •veikt uzņēmuma SIA „INIKA” saimnieciskas darbības rezultātu analīzi; •izpētīt bankrota iestāšanas varbūtibu; •apkopot iegūtos rezultātus; •izstrādāt priekšlikumus finanšu menedžmenta pilnveidošanai uznēmumā.

Diplomdarbs sastāv no ievada, trīm nodaļām, slēdziena, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta, pielikumiem. Pirmajā nodaļā nodaļā tiek atspoguļoti finansu analīzes teorētiskie pamati: būtība, mērķi, uzdevumi, veidi, paņēmieni, metodes. Otrajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta finanšu analīzes metodika pa daļām: aktīvu un pasīvu rādītāji, ieskaitot kreditoru un debitoru parādu analīzi, likviditātes un maksātspējas rādītāji, kas atbild uz jautājumu vai uzņēmums ir spējīgs apmaksāt tekošos parādus, vai nebūs uzņēmumam bankrote tuvākajā laikā; stabilitātes rādītāji, kas raksturo uzņēmuma neatkarbu no ārējas finansēšanas avotiem, kā arī uzņēmuma darbības efektivitātes rādtāji, kas raksturo darbības aktivitāti, peļņu un rentabilitāti. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta SIA “INIKA” darbības finanšu analīze.

In the given work is made the traditional financial analysis of the enterprise from the point of view of proprietors of the enterprise, that is for internal use and operative management of the finance for decision-making on readiness to innovative activity. Here the theory closely interwines with practice, and the answer to a question is given: whether the firm is ready to innovative activity and what is necessary to undertake to managers and management to show investment, financial and innovative appeal of the firm. The overall objective of the given work is to research with traditional methods a financial condition of the enterprise of Company SIA " Inika ", to reveal the basic problems of financial activity and to give the recommendation on management of the finance, considering strategy on an innovative orientation of its activity. Proceeding from objects in view, tasks have been formulated: • definition of essence of the financial analysis; •an estimation of influence of external factors on a financial condition of the enterprise; • an estimation of influence of financial parameters on development of strategy of operation of business; • the analysis of results of economic activities of the researched enterprise for the period 2004-2006 ; • development of recommendations on perfection of financial management at the enterprise in view of an innovative orientation of its activity. For the decision of the above mentioned tasks has been used the annual accounting reporting of Company SIA " Onika " for 2004, 2005 and 2006, namely, accounting balance and appendices to it, and also articles in mass media and economic publications. Work consists of the introduction, three chapters, conclusions and recommendations, the list of the used sources and the literature, the appendix. In the first chapter are opened theoretical bases of the financial analysis: its essence, principles and methods of carrying out, and also a role in development of strategy of operation of business. The second chapter has also theoretical character, considers the scheme of innovative orientation of the enterprise and opens a standard technique of carrying out of the financial analysis on blocks. The third chapter has practical character. Here is made the estimation of a financial condition of Company SIA " Inika ", and recommendations on perfection of management on the enterprise are developed, the accent on readiness of the enterprise for investments and innovative activity is done.
