Abstract

Autore bakalaura darbā ir pievērsusies, vienai no vissvarīgākajām tēmām, kura ir veiksmīgas uzņēmējdarbības pamatā – uzņēmuma budžeta plānošana un kontrole.. Arvien pieaug uzņēmuma darbības atkarība no visas pasaules tautsaimniecības sociālajiem un ekonomiskajiem procesiem. Attīstoties pasaules ekonomikai un nemitīgi pieaugot konkurencei, kļūdas, kas tiek pieļautas ekonomiskajos lēmumos, rada jūtamus un reizēm pat neatgriezeniskus zaudējumus, gan valstij, gan konkrētam uzņēmumam gan indivīda līmenī. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt uzņēmuma finanšu plānošanas procesu, tā posmus, raksturojošos lielumus, novērtēt uzņēmuma finanšu rādītājus, parādīt budžeta plānošanas procesu, tā veidus, dot ieteikumus uzņēmuma finanšu plānošanas procesa uzlabošanai. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka uzņēmums attīstās un tā finansiālais stāvoklis ir stabils. Pētījuma datus un teorētisko materiālu, apskatāmā uzņēmuma vadība, var izmantot sastādot uzņēmuma finanšu plānus un organizējot periodisku uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības rezultātu analīzi un kontroli. The author of Bachelor Paper explores, in her opinion, one of the most important issues, composing the base of prosperous business activities – the budget planning and control of the company. The target of the Paper is to outline the process of the financial planning of the company, its stages, characteristic features, to evaluate the financial indexes of the company, show the budget planning process, its types and give further suggestions to improve the financial planning process. The planning of financial activities of the company is ruled by circumstances lead by contemporary market economy and economical science development. The activities of the company depend on social and economical processes of the national economy. By the development of economy of the world and persistent growth of competition, mistaken economical rules cause irreversible losses to the state on the whole as well as particular companies and individuals.
