Uzņēmuma gada pārskats, tā sastādīšanas kārtība Latvijas Republikas un Krievijas Federācijas uzņēmumos

Abstract

Diplomdarbs "Uzņēmuma gada pārskats, tā sastādīšanas kārtība Latvijas Republikas un Krievijas Federācijas uzņēmumos”. Darba apjoms ir 69.lpp., darbā ievietoto 2. attēli, tam ir pievienoti 9. pielikumi, darbā ir izmantoti – 20. literatūras avoti. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt gada pārskatu sastādīšanas, pārbaudes un apstiprināšanas kārtību SIA “LC” un SIA “VADIMA”. Mērķa sasniegšanai izvērzīti šekojoši uzdevumi: 1.analizēt gada pārskata sastādīšanas kārtību un ar to saistošos problematiskos aspektus; 2.izvērtēt, kādi normatīvie akti regulē šī uzņēmuma darbību, gada pārskatu sastādīšanu; 3.dot SIA “LC” un SIA “VADIMA” vispārējo raksturojumu; 4.izanalīzet gada pārskatu sastādīšanas, pārdaudes un apstiprināšanas kārtību SIA “LC” un SIA “VADIMA”.. Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām: 1. nodaļā ir atspoguļota teorētiskā diskusija par gada pārskata sastadīšanu un tā problematiskajiem aspektiem, balstoties uz speciālās literatūras apskatu; 2. nodaļā pamatojoties uz Latvijas tiesisko bāzi tiek veltīta inventarizācijas kārtošanai 3. nodaļā ir dots SIA “LC” darbības apraksts; 4. nodaļā ir atspoguļota informacīja par Krievijas Federācijas uzņēmuma gada pārskatu sastādīšanas, pārbaudes un apstiprināšanas kārtību uz SIA “VADIMA” piemēra. Darba gaitā tika izpētīta pieejama literatūra par gada pārskatu sastādīšanu gan latviešu valodā, gan arī krievu valodā, kā arī tēmas problematikai atbilstoša tiesiski normatīvā bāze. Darba nobeigumā izveidoti no tā satura izrietoši secinājumi un priekšlikumi.

Bachelor`s paper author is xxxx. Bachelor`s paper thems is “Preparing, Verification and Confirmation of Annual Report in “J M D, Ltd””. The Bachelor paper has been written on 74 pages, ingluding 4 tabels and 5 picures, 5 appendices, 41 literature sources have been used. The aim of Bachelor paper is to studu the procedure of preparing, verification and confirmation of Annual Report in “J M D, Ltd”. The following tasks have been put forward in order to achieve the aim: 1.to analyse the procedure of preparing Annual Report and prodlems connected with it; 2.to study what laws and regulations regulate the prepating, verification and confirmation procedure of Annual Report; 3.to give general characteristics of “J M D, Ltd”; 4.to analyse the procedure of preparing, verification and confirmation of Annual Report in “J M D, Ltd”. The paper consists of four chapters: In first Chapter the theory about prepating of Annual Report and problem aspects have been given, based on special literature. In second Chapter the legislation bases of preparing, verification and confirmation of Annual Report has been described. In third Chapter the characteristics of “J M D, Ltd” has been given. In fourth Capter the procedure of preparing, verification and confirmation of Annual Report has been described. Special literature on the procedure of preparing, verification and confirmation of Annual Report as well as laws and regulations in Latvian and Russian were studied to write the Bachelor paper. In the end of the paper conclusions have been drawn and recommendations have been put forward. The End of Bachelor`s Work was made conclusions and suggestions.
