Rotaļlietu drošuma un kvalitātes pētījums Latvijas tirgū.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba ir tēma rotaļlietu drošuma un kvalitātes pētījums Latvijas tirgū. Darbs sastāv no četrām pamata nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, tas sastāda 135 lapas, satur 2 tabulas un 3 attēlus un literatūras atsauces. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot prasības rotaļlietu drošumam, izpētīt rotaļlietu drošuma stāvokli Latvijas tirgū, noskaidrot neatbilstības un dot priekšlikumus problēmas novēršanai vai tās mazināšanai. Mērķa sasniegšanai izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi: •Noskaidrot Jaunās pieejas būtību, par pamatu ņemot ES direktīvas sastībā ar preču brīvu kustību ES tirgū; •Noskaidrot un analizēt normatīvos dokumentus, kas regulē rotaļlietu drošumu un kvalitāti Latvijas tirgū; •Veikt pētījumu par rotaļlietu drošuma un kvalitātes stāvokli Latvijas tirgū Darbā ir noskaidroti cēloņi, kāpēc un kādu nosacījumu dēļ tiek pieļauta bīstamu un nezināmas izcelsmes rotaļlietu izplatīšana tirgū. Noskaidrots kādas nepilnības jānovērš un, kas ir jāuzlabo, lai nepieļautu šādu produktu nonākšanu pārdošanā. Autors dod priekšlikumus likumdošanu un normatīvos aktu pilnveidošanai Darba 1. daļā analizēta direktīvas jaunās pieejas nosacījumi; Darba 2. daļā ir analizēta likumdošana un normatīvie dokumenti; Darba 3. daļā ir veikts pētījums, lai iepazītos ar reālo situāciju Latvijas tirgū un, izmantojot analīzes datus atrastas nepilnības, kuru novēršanai autors ir izstrādājis virkni priekšlikumu. The theme of work is quality and safety research in the children toy market of Latvia. The work consists of four basic parts, conclusions and suggestions, it spans pages, 135 contains 2 tables and 3 figures and also references to literature. The goad of the work is to explore requirements for safety of toys, the current status of the safety in the market of Latvia, to investigate inadequacies and give suggestions to solve or mitigate problems. To achieve the goal the following tasks are stated: •To declare the essence of a new approach based on EU directives for a free movement of goods. •To explore and analyze normative, regulating safety and quality of toys in the market of Latvia. •To research the current status of toy safety and quality in the market of Latvia.

In the work the causes are explored, why unsafe and unknown origin toys are spread in the market. The faults to be eliminated and things to be improved are stated, to exclude arrival of such products in sale. The author gives suggestions for improvement of legislation and normative. In the part 1 conditions of the new approach in directives are analyzed; In the part 2 legislation and normative are analyzed; In the part 3 a research is carried out to explore the real situation in the market of Latvia and by using analysis data, problems are found, for elimination of which the author gives suggestions. In the end of the work are appendices.
