Darba organizācijas un darbinieku motivācijas pinveide uzņēmumā SIA "DGS"

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Darba organizācijas un darbinieku motivācijas pilnveide uzņēmumā SIA „DGS”” veiktā praktiskā analīze, izdarītie secinājumi un piedāvātie problēmu risinājumi ir balstīti uz teoriju un uzņēmuma darbības pētīšanas laikā iegūto informāciju. Piedāvātie risinājumi var tikt praktiski pielietoti uzņēmumā DGS darba organizācijas un darbinieku motivācijas uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā daļā, darba autore apskata uzņēmuma vadīšanas, organizāciju struktūru, darbinieku motivēšanas teorijas un uzņēmuma dzīves ciklus, kā arī veic ieskatu šo teoriju vēsturē un attīstībā. Otrajā daļā autore sniedz ieskatu uzņēmuma SIA „DGS” darbībā, tās attīstības vēsturē, kā arī darba organizācijas un darbinieku motivēšanas procesos. Trešajā daļā tiek sniegts ieskats pētījuma rezultātos un piedāvāts darbību kopums uzņēmuma darba organizācijas un darbinieku motivācijas uzlabošanai.

Thesis "Organization of work and motivation of employees in company SIA DGS" contains practical analysis, conclusions and solutions to observed problems in the aforementioned small enterprise. All the conclusions are based on theory and information gathered during research. The offered solutions can be practically applied in SIA DGS to improve work organization and to better motivate employees. The thesis consists of three sections. In the first section the author gives an overview of management types in enterprises, structures of organizations and employee motivation. It covers the history and development of the related theories. The second chapter gives overview of business processes in SIA DTS, its development history and insight of work organization and employee motivation. The third part is devoted to research results and proposals for improvement of business processes, work organization and effective staff motivation.
