SIA „Kolanda” finansiālā stāvokļa novērtējums un attīstības prognozes

Abstract

Diplomdarba nosaukums „SIA „KOLANDA” finansiālā stāvokļa novērtējums un attīstības prognozes. Darba mērķis ir: SIA „KOLANDA” finanšu stāvokļa novērtēšana un priekšlikumu izstrādāšana uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai. Pirmajā daļā tiek apskatīti pārtikas ražošanas nozīme Latvijā, attīstības gaita pēdējo gadu laikā. Otrajā daļā tiek apskatīta SIA „KOLANDA” nozare, tiek novērtēta šīs nozares attīstība un perspektīvas. Trešajā daļā tiek raksturota SIA „KOLANDA” saimnieciskā darbība, tiek veikta uzņēmuma SVID analīze, tiek noteiktas stiprās un vājās puses, kā arī iespējas un draudi. Ceturtajā daā tiek veikta SIA „KOLANDA” finanšu analīze laika periodā no 2003. gada līdz 2006. gadam. Šajā nodaļā tiek analizēta bilances struktūra un rādītaju izmaiņas, cēloņus un tendences. Tiek aprēķināti un novērtēti SIA „KOLANDA” finanšu stabilitāte, kā arī finanšu stabilitātes un maksātspējas koeficienti. Atslēgas vārdi: uzņēmējdarbība, finanšu situācija, izvērtēšana, prognozēšana.

The title of diploma paper “Assessment of the Financial Position of SIA “KOLANDA” and Development Prognoses. The aim of the paper is: assessment of the financial position of SIA “KOLANDA” and making proposals for improvement of the financial position of the company. The first chapter includes a survey of importance of food production in Latvia, as well as the course of development within recent years. The second chapter contains a survey of SIA “KOLANDA” industry, the development and prospects of this industry are evaluated. Economic activity of SIA “KOLANDA” is described in the third chapter, the SWOT analysis of the company is made, the strengths and weaknesses are determined, as well as opportunities and threats. The fourth chapter comprises the financial analysis of SIA “KOLANDA” within the period from 2003 to 2006. The balance structure and changes of showings, causes and tendencies are analysed in this chapter. The financial stability, as well as the rates of financial stability and paying capacity of SIA “KOLANDA”are estimated and assessed.
