SIA „BMS” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze, novērtējums un attīstības perspektīvas

Abstract

Diplomdarba nosaukums ir SIA „BMS” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze, novērtējums un attīstības perspektīvas”. Uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa novērtēšana ir pamats pareizai uzņēmuma vadīšanai un tā nākotnes perspektīvu nodrošināšanai, nepieciešams izpētīt uzņēmuma finansiālo situāciju un izstrādāt ieteikumus tās uzlabošanai. Darba gaitā teorētiskajā daļā apskatīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, kuri sastāv no finanšu pārskatu absolūto un relatīvo rādītāju analīzes, finanšu koeficientu analīzes, maksātnespējas un bankrota diagnostikas, dinamikas rindas jeb trenda raksturojuma, SVID analīzes, kā arī finanšu analīzes lietotājiem, modeļiem, funkcijām u.c. Praktiskajā daļā veikta SIA „BMS” gada pārskatu analīze par 2003.,2004.,2005. un 2006 gadu, novērtējot uzņēmuma finanšu stāvokļa izmaiņas analizējamo periodu laikā un nosakot to izmaiņu cēloņus. Tiek veikta uzņēmuma finanšu analīze aprēķinot likviditātes, maksātspējas, aktivitātes un rentabilitātes rādītājus. Tiek prognozēts kāds nākamos divus gadus, t.i., 2007. un 2008.gadā varētu būt neto apgrozījums, pārdotās produkcijas ražošanas izmaksas un bruto peļņa. Noteiktas uzņēmuma stiprās un vājās puses, kā arī draudi un iespējas ārējā vidē. Uz pētījumu rezultātiem izstrādāti ieteikumi uzņēmuma perspektīvai attīstībai. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 87 lappuses, tas sastāv no 3 daļām un 9 pielikumiem. Darbā iestrādātas 20 tabulas, 12 attēli un 43 formulas.

The title of the diploma work is "Analysis of financial situation of SIA "BMS", evaluation and perspectives of it's development". The Enterprise which has been analyzed, is working on international cargo transport services. The clients of the enterprise are enterprises of manufacturing and trade industry mainly and making the import and export of the goods. The evaluation of financial situation is the basics for the right management and its perspectives maintaining therefore there is the necessity for analyses of the financial situation and makes the recommendations for its improvement. In the theoretical part of the Diploma thesis has been analyzed the theoretical aspects which consists of the financial report absolute and relative analyses, financial coefficient analyses, diagnostics of insolvency and bankruptcy, as well as current assets analyses. In the practical part there is report analysis of the SIA “BMS” for the year 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006; evaluating the financial changes for the auditing year period and making out the reasons for these changes. There is the financial analyze of the enterprise, calculating it liquidity, solvency, activity and cost-effectiveness indices. The author made the prognosis for net turnover, working expenses, and gross profit. There are defined strong and weak sides of the enterprise, and threat and opportunities in the external environment as well. On the results of research based suggestions to acchieve a perspective development of the enterprise. Diploma Theses amount is pp.87, consists 3 parts, 9 annexes, 20 figures, 12 pictures, and 43 formulas.
