ASV vērtspapīru tirgus attīstība

Abstract

Diplomdarbā autors analizē ASV vērtspapīru tirgus, kā arī vērtspapīru tirgus kopumā teorētiskos aspektus, apskata, gan šī tirgus plusus, gan trūkumus un mēģina izvērtēt iespējamos risinājumus, kā arī dot nelielu ieskatu tā attīstības perspektīvā, kas arī ir darba mērķis. Diplomdarbs sastāv no trīs daļām, kur pirmajā aprakstīts vispārējs vērtspapīru tirgus un tā sastāvdaļu raksturojums, otrajā vispārīgi aprakstīti vērtspaīru tirgus indeksi, izceļot trīs būtiskākos, savukārt trešjā dots ASV vērtspapīru ietekmes uz pasaules ekonomiku un iespējamo attīstības prognožu apraksts. Diplomdarba nobeigumā ir doti galvenie secinājumi un priekšlikumi turpmākajai ASV vērtspapīru tirgus attīstībai. Diplomdarba darba kopējais apjoms 69 lapaspuses. Diplomdarbs satur 3 tabulas, 9 attēlus, izmantoti 39 literatūras avoti.

In diploma work author is analysing USA securities market and also theoretical aspects of this market. Author is considering strengths as well as weaknesses of this market, trying to consider possible solutions and giving a small insight of possible movement, which also is the motive of this work. The bachelors work is composed of three chapters. In the first chapter author gives short characteristic of essence of securities market and its component parts. In the second chapter author gives the description of the securities market’s indices, giving a closer look to three most important indices. In the third chapter author gives the description of USA securities market’s influence to worlds economic and a small view to possible development. In the end author gives main conclusions and proposals for further development of USA securities market. The total size of diploma work is 69 pages. 3 tables and 9 images are included and 39 literature sources used in the diploma work.
