If originally subject being analyzed in sartrean existentialism was phenomenological ontology with focus on the existence of consciousness, then in the late period the accent was transmitted onto the enquiry of social and historical dimensions. To complete this transformation, Sartre worked on integration of existentialism and Marxism. The outcome of it was the apparition of original social theory. The thesis presents this theory, deals with the question of its methodology and answers the question, whether we can speak about Sartre’s social philosophy as Marxist, and if so, then to which extent.
The thesis consists of 67 pages, 36 sources are used, including the Internet materials.
