Depozīta sistēmas ieviešanas iespēju un lietderības analīze Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Depozīta sistēmas ieviešanas iespēju un lietderības analīze Latvijā”. Pieaugošais izlietotā iepakojuma atkritumu apjoms ir aktuāla problēma Latvijā, ko sekmīgi iespējams samazināt ieviešot depozīta sistēmu. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un izanalizēt izlietotā iepakojuma depozīta sistēmas ieviešanas perspektīvu Latvijā, balstoties uz esošo izlietotā iepakojuma apsaimniekošanas sistēmu, likumdošanu un Igaunijas pieredzi. Darba rezultātā tika secināts, ka depozīta sistēmas ieviešanai ir nepieciešami grozījumi Latvijas likumdošanā, jāizveido operators un jāpopularizē sistēma.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is ‘The analysis of possibilities and efficiency to establish a deposit system in Latvia’. The increasing quantity of litter is a current problem in Latvia, which can be successfully reduced by establishing a deposit system. The aim of this thesis is to research and analyze the perspective of establishing a deposit system for litter in Latvia. The research is focused on the basis of the already existing managing system, legislation and experience of Estonia. In conclusion, to be able to introduce a deposit system, changes have to be made in Latvian legislation, an operator has to be originated and the system needs to be popularised.
