Organizācijas kultūra, to ietekmējošie faktori un attīstības virzieni SIA ,,Dienas Mediji"

Abstract

Latvijā organizāciju kultūra attiecās pie maz pētītām vadības zinību nozarēm. Organizācijas kultūras diagnostika ļauj saprast, kas notiek organizācijā, un kāpēc tas notiek tieši tā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, izprast korporatīvās kultūras nozīmi organizācijas darbībā un veikt organizācijas kultūras līmeņu analīzi SIA „Dienas Mediji”, kas darbojas drukāto un digitālo mediju jomā, kā arī izvērtēt esošo situāciju un izstrādāt ieteikumus uzņēmuma organizācijas kultūras uzlabošanai. Darba gaitā mērķis tika sasniegts un izvirzītā hipotēze tika pierādīta. Bakalaura darbā gūtās atziņas liecina, ka organizācijas kultūra var kļūt par jaunu resursu uzņēmuma attīstībā, vai arī par iemeslu tā neveiksmīgai darbībai. SIA „Dienas Mediji” organizācijas kultūra kopumā var tikt vērtēta kā augsta, jo izvērtējot organizācijas kultūras līmeņu rādītājus 6 no 9 tika novērtēti kā augsti.

Organization culture in Latvia still refers to insufficiently investigated branches of management sciences. Investigation of organization culture helps to understand the events at the enterprise and the reason why they happen exactly in this way. To appreciate the meaning of the corporative culture at the actions of the enterprise is the aim of the work to gain the bachelor’s degree. The analysis of levels of the organization culture has been done at the enterprise Dienas Mediji, Ltd., operating in the field of printing and digital media. Besides, the author evaluates the existing situation and works out the recommendations for enhancing the organization culture of the enterprise. At the course of the work the aim has been achieved and the projected hypothesis has been proved. The bachelor’s work shows that the organization culture can become as a new resource in the development of the enterprise or, in the contrary, can be the reason for unsuccessful activities. The organization culture can be evaluated as being on a high level at the enterprise Dienas Mediji, Ltd., for appraising the organization culture indices – 6 from 9 have been assessed as high
