Rezultātā tika noskaidrots, ka problēmas ar pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēm pastāv un diezgan daudz. Lai dibinātu pirmsskolas uzņēmumu, kas nesītu peļņu, jāpielieto stratēģijas variantu, kad būs daudz bērnu bērnudārzā par mazāko maksu, tad iestāde būs konkurētspējīga un rentabla. The topic of this bachelor paper is the evaluation of preschool education facility development strategy, and it has been chosen in order to research whether there are problems with kindergartens, what are the problems and how can they be solved. The existing strategies and methods are also assessed in the thesis. The last item of the bachelor paper analyzes what strategies to use for the establishment of an efficient, cost-effective and competitive preschool education facility.

As a result it was researched that there are many and different problems in preschool education facilities. In order to establish a preschool education facility that gains profit, one has to use a strategy approach that ensures many children in a kindergarten for the smallest possible payment fee, so that the facility is competitive and cost-effective.
