LIENA RĒDMANEA/S „SEB BANKAS” UZKRĀJUMA PRODUKTA „PILNGADĪBAS DEPOZĪTS” KONKURENCES POZĪCIJAS NOVĒRTĒJUMS

Bakalaura darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīta literatūra par banku darbību, raksturoti privātpersonu noguldījumi un banku sniegto pakalpojumu konkurenti. Otrajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti „SEB bankas” piedāvātie noguldījumi privātpersonām un raksturoti bērnu nākotnes uzkrājuma produkti. Trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēti konkurentu bērnu nākotnes uzkrājumi. Balsoties uz „SEB bankas” „Pilngadības depozītu”, tiek salīdzināti konkurentu produktu nosacījumi. Ceturtajā, piektajā nodaļā tiek noskaidroti patērētāju viedokļi, par bērnu nākotnes uzkrājumu, kādēļ viņi to izvēlējušies un ekspertu viedokļi par to, cik izdevīgi ir šāda veida noguldījumi. Tiek izveidotas aptaujas patērētāju un ekspertu viedokļu noskaidrošanai. Bakalaura darbā tiek izmantota literatūra par banku pakalpojumiem, banku statistikas dati, interneta resursi un banku nepublicētie materiāli.

Bachelor paper contains: 61 pages (without appendices), 12 tables, 9 figures and 5 appendices

The first part of the bachelor paper presents the literature overview about the banks’ operations, the private deposits and the competitors of the banks’ offered services are analyzed. The second section discusses the private deposits offered by “SEB bank” are overviewed, as well as deposits for children future are analyzed. Section three discusses the deposits for children future offered by the competitors. The competitors’ products are analyzed taking the “Full-age deposit” of “SEB bank” as a reference; the analysis is based on product terms and measures. Sections four and five explains opinion of the consumers about deposit of children future, and why they have chosen this product; the opinion of the experts on how beneficial are the terms of those deposits. To determine the opinion of consumers and experts survey is made. In the bachelor paper special literature about services of banks, banks’ statistical data, internet resources, and unpublished materials of the banks are used.
