Bakalaura darbā analizēti pircēju uzvedības modeļi pirkumu veikšanas procesā Interneta vidē, kā arī pirkumu veikšanas iespējas, kas dotajā laika posmā ir aktuālas un tiek piedāvātas Interneta vidē. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorijas atziņām un Interneta lietotāju aptaujas datiem, izpētīt pircēju rīcību Interneta vidē un izstrādāt ieteikumus uzņēmumiem, kas plāno darboties vai darbojas Internetā.
Pirmajā daļa pētīti pircēju uzvedības klasiskie modeļi un tās uzvedības īpatnības, kas ir raksturīgas tikai Interneta lietotājiem, otrajā daļā aprakstītas pirkumu veikšanas iespējas globālajā tīklā, uzsvaru liekot uz Latvijas uzņēmumu piedāvājumiem. Trešajā nodaļā apkopoti Interneta lietotāju aptaujas rezultāti, kā arī izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi Interneta vietņu veidotājiem un uzņēmumiem, kas pārdod Internetā.
Pētījuma periods - 2004.-2009. gads. Darba apjoms 120 lappuses, tajā ir 47 attēli, 2 tabulas un 2 pielikumi.

The analyses of conventional buyer behaviour models and features of the buyer behaviours on the Internet are presented in the Bachelor paper. Besides, the present facilities of making a purchase on the Internet are identified in the paper, and the emphasis in the analysis is put on products offered by Latvian companies in the World Wide Web. The main goal of the current paper is to work out the recommendations, based on the theoretical statements and survey data, for the companies, which are planning to sell or are selling products on the Internet.
In the first part of the paper the conventional buyer behaviour models are observed. In the second part the facilities of purchases on the Internet are described. Finally, Internet users’ answers that were obtained during survey are analyzed and the recommedations for businesses are suggested.
Research period – 2004 - 2009 years. The paper consists of 120 pages, 47 illustrations, 2 tables and 2 enclosures.
