Abstract

Bakaluara darba nosaukums ir „Priekšrocibas un trukumi attalinatas personala vadiba uzemuma SIA X.”. Darbs sastav no ievada, kura tiek iepazistinats ar temu un tas aktualitates pamatojumu, ka ari tiek izstradats darba meris, pamatojoties uz kura tiek izvirziti bakalaura darba uzdevumi, un tiek aprakstita darba struktura, un izvirzita petijuma hipoteze.Bakalaura darba beigas ir izveidots izmantotas literaturas avotu saraksts, kur ir noraditi gan speciala personala vadibas literatura, gan interneta resursi un SIA X. iekšeja dokumentacija. Darba beigas ir izvietots pielikums, kas ietver petijuma aptaujas „SIA X. darbinieku” aptauju gan latviešu, gan angu valoda, ka ari citus pielikumus. Pielikumu kopejais skaits ir 3. Darba kopejais apjoms sastada 67 lapas puses, un darba pielikums aizem 25 lapas puses. Darba pavisam ir viena tabula un viens attels.The title of the bachelor’s thesis is „The advantages and disadvantages of remote human resources management company SIA X.”. The work consists of an introductionary part which brings up the topic and the relevance ground, as well as the aim of the work based on which the bachelor’s thesis and challenges, work structure and the hypothesis are developed.Finally, in the bachelor’s thesis there is a list of literature and other sources such as Internet resources and SIA X. inside documentation. In the very end of the thesis there is survey “SIA X. employee questioner” in Latvian along with the other attachments. Total number of attachments is 3. Total number of the thesis pages is 67, and total number of attachment pages is 25. The thesis also has one table and one picture.
