Mikro uzņēmuma "TURS" vadīšana un tās pilnveidošana

Abstract

Bakalaura darbam autors ir izvēlējies tēmu „ Mikro uzņēmumā „Turs” vadīšana un tās pilnveidošana”. Mikro uzņēmuma vadīšana ir aktuāla tēma Latvijas tūrismā nozarē. Darba sākumā autore runā par saimniekošanas īpatnībam. Otrā darba daļa ir koncentrēta uz plānošanas funkcijam uzņēmumā SIA „Turs”. Šajā daļā tiek aplūkoti uzņēmuma plānošana, uzņēmuma stratēģija, kā arī stratēģiskā plānošana un plānošanas pilnveidošana. Trešajā darba daļā tiek apskatīta personāla vadīšanas funkcija uzņēmumā SIA „Turs”. Tiek aprakstīta uzņēmuma personāla vadīšana, tās pilnveidošanas iespējas. Rakstot darbu autors ir izvirzījis 15 priekšlikumus uzņēmuma situācijas uzlabošanai, kā arī ir nonācis pie 12 secinājumiem. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 74 lapas un darbā ir iekļauti 33 tabulas un 10 attēli. Atslēgvārdi: nozare, finanšu analīze, plānošana, līderība un cilvēka resursu vadība.

For the bachelor’s paper the author has chosen a theme “Mikro business „Turs” management and its improvement”. Management of the company is an urgent theme at the Latvian tourism sector. In the beginning of the paper the author talks about the company nature of management. The second part is concentrated on the planning function in the business „Turs” Ldt. This part deals with business planning, business strategy, as well as strategic planning and its development. The third part includes an overlook of the substance of the management function in the company „Turs” Ltd. Also there is described human resources managemunt function in the company „Turs” Ldt. and its improvement. While writing the bachelor’s paper, the author has brought forward 15 suggestions and also has reached 12 conclusions. The amount of bachelor’s paper is 74 pages and the paper includes 33 charts and 10 illustrations. Key words: industry, financial analysis, planning, leadership and human resource management.
