Bakalaura darbs: Uzņēmumu apvienošanās - pārņemšanas process un tā efektivitātes novērtēšana Latvijā un Eiropā.
Darba mērķis ir izpētīt uzņēmuma apvienošanās un pārņemšanas darījumu teorētiskos aspektus un tendences Latvijā un Eiropā, izvērtēt ar tiem saistītos riskus un novērtēšanas metodes.
Pētījumam tika izmantota latviešu un ārzemju autoru mācību zinātniskā literatūra. Dati tika savākti un apkopoti no publiskās informācijas masu medijos un elektroniski pieejamos resursos. Latvijas uzņēmumu apvienošanās un pārņemšanas darījumu attīstības iespējas tika pētītas, balstoties uz Latvijas un Pasaules Bankas ekspertu viedokļiem un notikušo darījumu tendencēm.
Bakalaura darbā ir 6 attēli un 5 tabulas, apjoms ir 74 lpp., izmantoti 37 literatūras avoti.

The objective of the thesis is to explore the company's mergers and acquisitions literature and trends in Latvian and in Europe, to assess their risks and methods of assessment.
Development directions of the Latvian economy and development opportunities for the merger and acquisition transactions are viewed on the basis of experts’ standpoints of the Bank of Latvia and World Bank, as well as relying on the past transactions’ trends.
Statistical, analytical and graphical methods have been applied in the work.
There are 6 figures and 5 tables in the thesis; thesis has been written in 74 pages; 37 literary sources have been used for elaboration of the work.
