Nevalstisko organizāciju ietekme uz Latvijas ekonomiku

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs par tēmu „Nevalstisko organizāciju ietekme uz Latvijas valsts ekonomiku” ir izstrādāts ar mērķi izpētīt nevalstisku organizāciju darbības īpatnības, lomu sociālā dialoga attīstīšanā valsts līmenī un to ietekmi uz Latvijas ekonomikas attīstību. Darba pirmajā daļā tiek aplūkoti vispārējie teorētiskie jautājumi par nevalstisko organizāciju darbību un pilsonisko līdzdalību. Otrajā daļā tiek sīkāk apskatītas darba devēju organizācijas Eiropā, Vācijas darba devēju asociāciju konfederācija un Latvijas darba devēju konfederācija. Darba trešajā daļā tiek izpētīta Latvijas darba devēju konfederācijas ietekme uz tādiem procesiem kā ēnu ekonomikas samazināšana, ilgtspējīgas uzņēmējdarbības veicināšana, darba tiesību un nodarbinātības jautājumu risināšana un Latvijas uzņēmēju interešu pārstāvēšana Eiropas līmenī.

Bachelor thesis “The Influence of Non-governmental Organizations on the Economy of Latvia” was created with the aim to research the specifics of non-governmental organizations, their role in promoting the social dialogue on country level and their influence on the development of the economy of Latvia. The first part of this thesis covers theoretical questions about non-governmental organizations and civil participations in general. The second part provides a closer look at employer organizations in Europe, the Confederation of German Employer Organizations and the Latvian Employers Confederation. The third part researches the influence of the Latvian Employers Confederation on such processes as decreasing shadow economy, promoting sustainable entrepreneurship, solving working rights and employment issues and representing the interests of Latvian business in Europe
