Abstract
Autora veiktais pētījums veltīts organizācijas kultūras pilnveidei pirmsskolas izglītības
iestādē.
Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīti organizāciju kultūras
teorētiskie pamati balstoties uz V.Reņģes teorētiskām atziņām, apskatītas dažādu autoru
organizāciju kultūras tipoloģijas, par pamatu ņemot K. Kamerona un R. Kvinna organizāciju
kultūras tipoloģiju. Otrajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta darbinieku un vadītājas nozīme organizācijas
kultūras veidošanā, kā arī tās veidošanas problēmas mūsdienās.
Trešajā nodaļā - praktiskajā daļā ir pētīta pirmsskolas vadītājas un visu darbinieku
izpratne par to, kas ir organizācijas kultūra un ar OCAI testa palīdzību noteiktas dominējošās
organizācijas kultūras šobrīd un tās, kuras vēlētos darbinieki redzēt ideālajā variantā. Darba
praktiskajam pamatojumam izmantota anketēšana.
Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 81 lapas, tajā ievietoti 57 attēli, 27 tabulas, pievienoti 4
pielikumi, 18 bibliogrāfiskie nosaukumi.

Author's study of organizational culture dedicated to the improvement of pre-school educational institution. Work is structured into three chapters. The first chapter is based on V. Reņģes theoretical knowledge and the author examines the various cultural organization type on the basis of K. Cameron and R. Quinn typology of cultural organizations. The second chapter examines the role of employees and directors of building organizational culture, as well as the problems of the development today. The third chapter - in the practical part has been studied in pre-school manager and all employees understanding of the organizational culture and OCAI test set is now the dominant organizational culture, and those employees would like to see ideally.
