Vadītāja loma mūzikas ierakstu kompānijā SIA „MIKROFONA IERAKSTI”

Abstract

Visapkārt var redzēt daudz dažādu vadītāju, kas strādā noteiktā sfērā, lai palīdzētu uzņēmumiem attīstīties un pilnveidoties. Mūzikas biznesā vadītāju prioritāte ir gan uzņēmuma augšupeja, gan veiksmīga sadarbība ar radošām personībām. Bakalaura darbā „Vadītāja loma mūzikas ierakstu kompānijā SIA „Mikrofona ieraksti”” ir apskatīts vadītāja vispārīgais raksturojums, funkcijas, vadības stili un lomas. Dotā bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt kompānijas vadītājas lomu un pilnveidot vadības procesu SIA „Mikrofona ieraksti”. Izvirzītā mērķa sasniegšanai tika izpētīts teorētiskais materiāls par vadītāja personību, būtību un vietu uzņēmumā, tika veikta uzņēmuma darbinieku un mākslinieku aptauja, kā arī intervija ar kompānijas valdes priekšsēdētāju. Pamatojoties uz informāciju un iegūto datu analīzi, tika izdarīti secinājumi un priekšlikumi par vadītājas lomu SIA „Mikrofona ieraksti”. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, trim nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, literatūras saraksta un pielikuma. Darba apjoms ir 62 lappuses. All around us we can see many different directors working in various areas in order to help their companies develop and grow. In the music industry, the priority of the director is both the growth and development of the company as well as the successful interaction with artists. The director's personality, functions, management style and role are reviewed in the baccalaureate thesis "The Director's Role in the Music Recording Company SIA "Mikrofona Ieraksti". The main goal of the thesis is to research and analyze the role of the company's director and the way in which to improve the management process within the company "Mikrofona Ieraksti". In order to reach this goal, various theoretical material was researched about the director's personality and role within the company. In addition, a survey of the company's employees and artists as well as interview with the company's Chairman of the Board was conducted. Based on the gathered information and data analysis, conclusions were made and suggestions were recommended regarding the director's role in the company SIA "Mikrofona Ieraksti". The baccalaureate thesis consists of an introduction, three main parts, conclusions, which includes recommendations, and a bibliography as well as an addendum. The length of the thesis is 62 pages.
