Abstract

Vadītājs vada ne tikai uzņēmumu, bet galvenokārt cilvēkus, kuri īsteno uzņēmuma un savus mērķus. Ikviens veiksmīgs uzņēmējs apzinās, ka cilvēkresursi ir tikpat svarīgs ražošanas faktors kā kapitāls un no tā lielā mērā ir atkarīgi uzņēmuma darba rezultāti. Bakalaura darba tēma „Personāla vadīšana teritoriāli nošķirtās struktūrvienībās sabiedriskās ēdināšanas uzņēmumā IK „ARRIVAL””. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kādas ir personāla vadīšanas īpatnības teritoriāli nošķirtās struktūrvienībās uzņēmumā IK „ARRIVAL” un izstrādāt personāla vadīšanas pilnveidošanas priekšlikumus. Izstrādājot bakalaura darbu autore nonāca pie sekojoša rezultāta – noskaidroja kāda ir vadīšanas un personāla vadīšanas nozīme mūsdienās, izpētīja kā notiek personāla vadība uzņēmumā IK „ARRIVAL”, kāda darbinieku politika un stratēģija pastāv uzņēmumā, kā notiek darbinieku plānošana un adaptācija, darbinieku darba novērtēšana, motivēšana, kā arī kā tiek veidota darba kultūra un kādas savstarpējās attiecības pastāv uzņēmumā IK „ARRIVAL”. Darba autore izstrādāja secinājumus un priekšlikumus personāla vadīšanai sabiedriskās ēdināšanas uzņēmumam IK „ARRIVAL”. Bakalaura darba apjoms – 67 lapas, ¬¬¬12 attēli un 3 pielikumi.

The theme of the Bachelor’s Work is „Personnel Management in territorially isolated department in the public catering company SP “ARRIVAL”” The aim of the Bachelor’s Work is to find out what personnel management peculiarities in territorially isolated department in the company SP “ARRIVAL” are and to work out the suggestions for the improvement of personnel management. While working on the Bachelor’s Work, the Author has come to the following result- what the meaning of leadership and personnel leadership nowadays is, how the management of the personnel in the company SP “ARRIVAL” is conducted, what kind of employees’ policy and strategy exist in the company, as well as how the process of employees’ planning and adaptation is worked out, what the assessment of employees’ work exists together with motivation, how the work culture is managed and what interrelations are in the company SP “ARRIVAL” The Author of the Bachelor’s Work has worked out conclusions and suggestions for the public catering company SP “ARRIVAL”.
