Bakalaura darba tema ir „ Kvalitates vadibas sistemas ievie ana un uzture ana pa valdibas iestade ”. Petijuma priek mets ir kvalitates vadibas sistema un kvalitates nodro ina anas process. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 71 lapaspuse. Darbs sastav no 3 dalam, 26 atteliem, 1 tabulas un 4 pielikumiem uz 8 lapaspusem. Darba tiek izmantota zinatniska un metodiska literatura, zinatnisko rakstu datu bazes un organizacijas iek ejie dokumenti. Darba teoretiskaja dala tiek detalizeta izpetita kvalitates vadibas sistemas butiba, ievie anas un uzture anas gaita, kvalitates vadibas sistemas nepiecie amiba, merki, ka ari apskatiti kvalitates vadibas modeli, kas tie i attiecas uz valsts parvaldes iestadem. Tiek skaidrots kvalitates vadibas sistemas ekonomiskais izdevigums. Otraja un tre aja dala tiek analizetas divas Rezeknes pa valdibas strukturvienibas – Socialas aprupes parvalde, kura kop 2010.gada ir ieviesta kvalitates vadibas sistema un Izglitibas parvalde, kura uz o bridi kvalitates vadibas sistema nav ieviesta. Izpetes rezultati tiek atspoguloti darba secinajumos un priek likumos, tiek izklastiti nepiecie amie pasakumi, lai veicinatu pilsetas iedzivotaju apmierinatibu un strukturvienibu attistibu. Atslegas vardi Kvalitate, kvalitates vadiba, sistema, noverte ana, Rezeknes pa valdiba. The title of the bachelor thesis is “Implementation and maintenance of the quality management system in local government institutions”. The research subject is quality management system and quality ensurance process. Bachelor thesis consists of 71 pages. There are 3 chapters, 26 pictures, 1 chart and 4 attachments on 8 pages. This work investigates scientific and methodological literature, scientific articles database and the organization`s internal documents.
In the theory part of the work quality management system essence, introduction of the system and maintenance process, the need of quality management system and aims are being studied in detail. Also in this part quality management models, that directly apply to public administration offices, are being examined. Economical benefits of having quality management system are being explained.
In the second and third part of the work 2 municipality departments of Rezekne are being analysed – Social care administration, in which since year 2010 quality management system has been introduced, and Education administration, in which quality management system is still not being used, up to date.
Results of the research are reflected in conclusion and suggestion parts as well as required measures for improval are presented, to improve urban people satisfaction and development of departments.
