| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Uzņēmuma SIA „Rimi Latvia” darbības analīze un pilnveidošanas iespējas”. Temata aktualitāte pamatota ar faktu, ka tirdzniecības nozarē strauji attīstās jauni veikalu tīkli, radot konkurenci uzņēmumam SIA „Rimi Latvia”.
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, izanalizējot uzņēmuma SIA „Rimi Latvia” darbību un konkurences vidi, izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma pilnveidošanai.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 daļām. Pirmajā daļā apkopota teorētiskā informācija par uzņēmuma darbības nosacījumiem, otrajā daļā raksturots uzņēmums SIA „Rimi Latvia”, trešajā daļā veikta praktiska uzņēmuma SIA „Rimi Latvia” analīze. Darba gaitā izstrādāti praktiski secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Darbs sastāv no 62 lapaspusēm, 18 attēliem, 3 tabulām un 1 pielikuma.

| dc.description.abstract | The topic of the bachelor thesis is “The analysis of activity and improvement opportunities of the organization „Rimi Latvia” Ltd. The actuality of the topic is based on the fact that new chains in the commercial sector are developing and creating competition for the „Rimi Latvia” Ltd.
The aim of the work is to analyze „Rimi Latvia” Ltd. activities, competitive environment, and to develop proposals for company’s improvement. The work consists of 3 parts. The 1st part includes theory about the operation of a company. In the 2nd part activities of „Rimi Latvia” Ltd. are described. The 3rd part includes the analysis of the activities. The author had made practical conclusions and suggestions. The bachelor thesis consists of 62 pages, 3 tables, 18 figures and 1 appendix.
