Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Starptautisko pārvadājumu uzņēmuma SIA „Jana-S” attīstības virzieni. Transporta nozare ir globāla nozare, jo tajā darbojās gan vietējā mēroga uzņēmumi, gan ārzemju uzņēmumi. Uzņēmuma ir svarīgi apzināt savu darbības vidi, lai pieņemt pareizus lēmumus par uzņēmuma attīstību un konkurētspējas saglabāšanu. Darba mērķis ir izanalizēt situāciju starptautisko pārvadājumu nozarē, raksturojot pētāmā objekta iekšējo un ārējo vidi, atklājot uzņēmuma stiprās un vājās puses, kā arī iespējas un draudus, izpētīt uzņēmuma attīstības virzienus, sniegt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma attīstībai. Darba pirmajā nodaļā autors apskata transporta nozari, tās īpatnības, teorētiskos aspektus par iekšējo un ārējo vidi. Otrajā nodaļā tiek izklāstīta vispārējā informācija par uzņēmumu SIA „Jana-S” un apakšnodaļās tiek raksturota uzņēmuma iekšējā un ārējā vide. Trešajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti uzņēmuma attīstības virzieni, balstoties uz darbā izveidoto SVOT kopsavilkumu. Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts uz 67 lapaspusēm un iekļauj 3 tabulas, 13 attēlus un 5 pielikumus. Literatūras un avotu saraksts sastāv no 42 avotiem.

The subject of the Bachelor's thesis is the development directions of the international road freight transport company SIA “Jana-S”. Transport sector is a global industry because acting there are both local and foreign companies. For a company it is important to identify its operating environment in order to make the right decisions about the development and preservation of competitiveness. The aim of the work is to analyse the situation in the field of international transport and the internal and external environment of the object to detect the company's strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats to arrive to the company development directions and proposals for its development. The first chapter of the work deals with the transport industry, its nature as well as theoretical aspects of the internal and external environment. The second chapter provides general information about the company. Its subchapters characterize the internal and external environment of the company SIA “Jana-S”. The third chapter discusses the enterprise development directions based on the SWOT analysis of the company designed in the previous chapters. The bachelor's thesis is written on 67 pages and includes 3 tables, 13 figures and 5 attachments. The list of sources and references consists of 42 entries.
