Pircēju rīcību ietekmējošo faktoru salīdzinošā analīze Latvijas un Norvēģijas pārtikas produktu tirgū.

Abstract

Kristīne Volmane. Bakalaura darbs „Pircēju rīcību ietekmējošo faktoru salīdzinošā analīze Latvijas un Norvēģija pārtikas produktu tirgū”. Bakalaura darbā analizēti pircēju rīcību ietekmējošie faktori Latvijas un Norvēģijas pārtikas tirgū. Balstoties uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem, analizētas pircēju ietekmējošo faktoru atšķirības starp Latviju un Norvēģiju. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorijā sniegtām atziņām par pircēju rīcību ietekmējošajiem faktoriem, veikt pircēju rīcības ietekmējošo faktoru salīdzinošo analīzi Latvijas un Norvēģijas pārtikas tirgū, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus veiksmīgai turpmākai darbībai Latvijas un Norvēģijas uzņēmumiem, kuri darbojas pārtikas mazumtirdzniecības sfērā. Pirmajā daļā pētīta pircēju rīcības izpratne, pirkšanas lēmuma pieņemšanas process un tā posmi, pircēju rīcības modelis un pircēju rīcību ietekmējošie faktori. Otrajā daļā aprakstīts Latvijas un Norvēģijas pārtikas produktu tirgus īpatnības pircēju rīcības kontekstā. Savukārt, trešajā daļā apkopoti Latvijas un Norvēģijas patērētāju aptaujas rezultāti. Bakalaura darba beigās izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi Latvijas un Norvēģijas pārtikas produktu tirgus mazumtirgotājiem. Pētījuma periods – no 2002.gada līdz 2012.gadam. Aptaujas veikšanas periods – no 2012.gada 6.novembra līdz 2012.gada 22.novembrim. Darba apjoms – 96 lapas puses, tajā ir 44 attēli, 7 tabulas un 2 pielikumi. Kristine Volmane. Bachelor work „Comparative Analysis of Factors influencing the Consumer Behavior in Latvian and Norwegian Food Market”. The comparative analysis of factors influencing the consumer behavior in Latvian and Norwegian food market are presented in Bachelor work. Based on the results are analyzed differences between the factors of consumer behavior in Latvia and Norway. Bachelor's work are based on the theory of the factors the influencing consumer behavior to make a comparative analysis of the factors influencing the consumer behavior in Latvian and Norwegian food market and also to develope conclusions and recommendations for the Latvian and Norwegian companies working in food retailing. The first part has dealt with theoretical aspects of understanding consumer buying behavior, consumer purchase decision process and its stages, the model of consumer behavior and factors affecting consumer behavior. The second part describes Latvian and Norwegian food market features. The third section summarizes data of Latvian and Norwegian consumer survey. At the end of the Bachelor work are developed conclusions and recommendations for the Latvian and Norwegian companies working in food retailing. Research period: from year 2002 until year 2012 Survey period: 2012th on the 6th November – 2012th on the 22nd November.
