Abstract

Bakalaura darba “SIA “Jānis Roze” attīstības stratēģija virzieni”, Rīga 2012.g. Bakalaura darbs ir izstrādāts ar mērķi novērtēt SIA “Jānis Roze” saimniecisko darbību un noteikt tālākās attīstības stratēģijas virzienus. Darba aktualitāti noteica tas, ka mūsdienu tirgus apstākļos ir ļoti daudz uzņēmumu, kuri nodarbojas ar grāmatu un kanceleju preču tirgošanu, un šajā jomā valda liela konkurence. Tādēļ uzņēmumam svarīga īpašība ir spēja reaģēt uz pārmaiņām apkārtējā un iekšējā vidē, un ir ļoti svarīgi izanalizēt uzņēmumu un tā saimniecisko darbību.

Thesis has been developed to assess SIA "Jānis Roze" economic activity and to determine future strategy directions.The bachelor paper is developed with the purpose of evalution of business activities SIA “Jānis Roze”. Toical nature of the paper is determined by the fact that in modern market conditions there are very many enterprises engaged in books and registry goods industry and great competition governs this sphere. Therefore important pecualiarity of the enterprise is its ability to respond to changes in environment, and it is of great importance to analyze the enterprise and its business activities.
