Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Darbinieku motivācija SIA ”Sportland”.

Darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorijas daļu, izpētīt motivācijas sistēmu uzņēmumā un sniegt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidē. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā bakalaura daļā autors apskata mūsdienu motivācijas teorijas teorētiskie aspekti, autors noskaidroja, kas ir motivācija, kā to var definēt. Otrajā daļā raksturots uzņēmums SIA „Sportland”, apskatīta struktūra un darbinieki, kā arī analizēta darbinieku apmierinājuma un vēlmju faktori. Trešajā daļā autors veica pētījumu par apmierinātību ar darbu un iegūto rezultātu analizēšanu. Pētījums tika veikts izmantojot anketēšanas metodi. Šī ir viena no svarīgākajām darba sastāvdaļām. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 64 lappaspusēm, kurā ietvertas 3 tabulas, 22 attēli, 1 pielikums, izmantotas literatūras saraksta un citiem informācijas avotiem.

The goal of this work is to explore the motivation systems in the enterprise and make suggestions for improvement. Work consists of 3 sections. In the first part of Bachelor the author deals with modern theoretical aspects of motivation theory, author explained the definition of motivation. The second part describes the company SIA "Sportland" and deals with the structure and personnel, as well as analysis of employee satisfaction and expectation factors. In the third part the author conducted a study on job satisfaction and analysis of the results. The probe was made using a questionnaire method. This is one of the most important part of the work. Bachelor consists of 64 pages containing 3 tables, 22 photos, 1 attachments, used literature list and other information's source.
