Darbinieku motivācijas pilnveidošanas iespējas uzņēmumā "X"

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Darbinieku motivācijas pilnveidošanas iespējas uzņēmumā „x”” apskatītas un analizētas motivācijas teorijas, autors pētījis motivēšanas kā uzņēmuma vadības funkciju, kā arī apkopojis informāciju par mazo uzņēmumu motivēšanas pieredzi. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizēt uzņēmuma „x” motivācijas sistēmu un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidošanai. Autors izvirza sekojošus darba uzdevumus: 1.Pētīt un analizēt personāla motivēšana teorijas un literatūras avotus, kā arī Latvijas speciālistu publiski paustos viedokļus par darbinieku motivāciju mazos uzņēmumos; 2.izpētīt uzņēmumā „x” pastāvošo motivācijas sistēmu. 3.Izstrādāt pilnveidotu motivācijas sistēmu konkrētam uzņēmumam. Lai veiktu pētniecisko darbu, autors ir veicis kvalitatīvu pētījumu – intervijas ar uzņēmuma vadītāju un darbiniekiem, kā arī salīdzināšanu un analīzi. Pētījums veikts 2012.gada rudenī.

In the bachelor’s paper „The possibilities of improvement of the motivation of the employees in the company „x”” the motivation theories have been observed and analyzed, the author has examined the motivation as a function of the business administration as well as summarized information on the experience of the motivation in small companies. The aim of the bachelor’s paper is to analyze the motivation system of the company „x” and to elaborate proposals for its improvement. The author proposes following tasks: 1.to examine and analyze the personnel motivation theories and literature sources as well as publicly expressed opinions of the Latvian experts on the motivation of the employees of the small companies; 2.to examine the motivation system of the company “x”; 3.to elaborate improved motivation system for a specific company. In order to carry out the scientific work the author has performed qualitative research – the interviews with the business manager and its employees as well as comparison and analysis. The research has been performed in the autumn of 2012.
