Personāla vadīšanas pilnveide Lapmežciema pamatskolā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā autore pēta un sniedz savus priekšlikumus par personāla vadīšanas pilnveidošanu Lapmežciema pamatskolā. Izpētot skolotāju noslodzi un personāla mainību. Bakalaura darbu veido trīs daļas – teorētiskais apskats par personāla vadības pilnveidošanu, informācija par skolu un pētījums, kurā izmantota anketēšana un intervēšanas metode. Noslēgumā pēc analīzes izpētes, autore ir sniegusi savus priekšlikumus un secinājumus par personāla vadības pilnveidošanas iespējām Lapmežciema pamatskolā. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 66 lapas, tajā ievietotas 6 tabulas un 21 attēls, pievienoti 2 pielikumi.
