Mazumtirdzniecības uzņēmuma darbības novērtējums un tās pilnveidošanas programma

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Mazumtirdzniecības uzņēmuma darbības novērtējums un tās pilnveidošanas programma”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot tirdzniecības uzņēmuma darbību ietekmējošo faktoru būtību un izstrādāt pasākumus AS „Drogas” darbības pilnveidošanai. Darbu veido trīs nodaļas – pirmajā ir apskatītas esošas ekonomiskās situācijas un tirdzniecības nozares attīstības tendences, tirdzniecības uzņēmumu veidi, otrajā – teorētiskās atziņas par mazumtirdzniecības uzņēmumu darbību ietekmējošiem faktoriem AS „Drogas” piemērā, trešajā daļā ir izstrādāta AS „Drogas” darbinieku aptaujas anketa, pēc rezultātu apkopošanas un interpretēšanas ir izstrādāta veikalu darbības uzlabošanas programma. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā ir izdarīti secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi AS „Drogas” darbības pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 89 lapas, tajā ievietoti 32 attēli, 14 tabulas, 8 pielikumi.

The topic for the bachelor thesis is "Operation assessment and improvement program of the retail enterprise". Goal of the thesis is to identify the essence of factors that influence trade enterprise and develop measures for improvement in the stock company “Drogas”. The work consists of three parts – in the first are viewed existing tendencies of the current economic situation developing marketing business types, in the second - theoretical knowledge about the retail business factors influencing the activity in example of stock company “Drogas”; in the third part is designed a stock company “Drogas” employee questionnaire and has been developed the store operations improvement program. In the conclusion are made a conclusion and offered suggestions for improvement in the activity of the stock company “Drogas”. Bachelor thesis volume is 89 pages, 32 images, 14 tables, 8 attachments.
