Ārvalstu tiešo investīciju loma Latvijas uzņēmumu attīstībā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir ‘’Ārvalstu tiešo investīciju loma Latvijas uzņēmumu attīstībā’’. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot ārvalstu tiešo investīciju (ĀTI) lomu Latvijas telekomunikāciju uzņēmumu attīstībā, atklājot būtiskākos ieguvumus no ĀTI. Darba pirmajā daļā autore izskatīja investīciju jēdzienu, klasifikāciju un teorijas, kā arī investoru un ĀTI lomu uzņēmumu attīstībā. Otrajā daļā autore analizēja ĀTI Latvijā, to dinamiku Latvijā, lielākos investorus, kā arī kopējo kontekstu investīcijām telekomunikāciju sektoram pasaulē. Trešajā daļā autore pētīja Latvijas telekomunikācijas nozari un vērtēja ĀTI lomu šīs nozares uzņēmumos. Darba noslēgumā autore sniedz savus secinājumus par ĀTI Latvijā, kā arī to lomu uzņēmumu attīstībā un izsaka priekšlikumus kā efektīvāk piesaistīt un izmantot ĀTI. Darba kopējais apjoms ir 82 lpp. Darbā iekļauti 19 attēli, 2 tabulas, 1 pielikums. Izmantotās literatūras avotu saraksts satur 56 avotus. Atslēgvārdi: ĀTI, investori, telekomunikāciju sektors

The theme of the bachelor`s work is ‘’The role of foreign direct investment in Latvian enterprises development’’. The objective is to enquire the role of foreign direct investment (FDI) in Latvian telecom business development, revealing important benefits of FDI. In the first part of the paper author analyses investment qualification, theory, role of investor and FDI in the business development. In the second part author analyses FDI in Latvia, FDI dynamics, the biggest investors, context of the investment of world telecom sector. In the third part author explored Latvian telecom field ,the role FDI in this sector. At the end author presents conclusion about FDI in Latvia, its role in telecom business development and suggest proposals how to attract and utilize FDI in the most effective way. The total volume of the paper is 82 pages . It contains 19 images, 2 tables, 1 addition. The list of sources of used literature contains 56 sources. Key words: FDI, investors, telecom sector
