Uzņēmuma veiksmīgai attīstībai, uzņēmuma vadītājam pastāvīgi ir jāattīsta sava stratēģiskās vadības prasme, kurā darbinieku motivācija ieņem vadošu lomu.
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir balstoties uz teoriju izpētīt un analizēt motivāciju un tās nozīmi uzņēmumā SIA ‘’CETRA”, noskaidrot kā tiek motivēti darbinieki no darba devēja puses un izstrādāt priekšlikumus situācijas pilnveidošanai.
Darba apjoms ir 71 .lpp kurā ir ietvertas 3 nodaļas, 14 apakšnodaļas, 16 attēli un 8 tabulas.
Kā teorētiskā bāze darbā tika izmantota literatūra par personāla menedžmentu, personāla vadību latviešu, krievu un angļu valodā. Par informācijas avotiem tika izmantota speciālā literatūra, periodiskie izdevumi, Interneta mājas lapas un SIA “CETRA” nepublicētie materiāli.
Galvenā atziņa, ko iegūst personāla vadīšanas problēmu pētījumos, ir nepieciešamība pievērst pastiprinātu uzmanību personālam un tā kopdarbības vadīšanas metodēm. For a successful development of a company, its leader (director) should constantly develop his strategic management skills, where personal motivation takes the mane part.
The main goal of the bachelor thesis is, based on theory, to study and analyse the motivation and its importance in the company SIA „CETRA”, find out how the employer is motivating the personal and to come up with suggestions for development of the situation.
The thesis consists of 71 pages, 3 chapters, 14 subchapters, 16 images and 8 charts.
As the theoretical base of the thesis literature about personal management in Latvian, Russian and English were used. As the sources specialized literature, periodicals, Internet WebPages und unpublished materials from company SIA „CETRA” were used.
The main cognition that can be obtained in different studies about personal management is necessity to draw attention to the personal and its joint action management methods.
