Abstract

Personāla vadīšanas politika mūsdienu tirgus situācijā ir kļuvusi par vienu no noteicošajiem uzņēmuma konkurētspējas faktoriem. Ta, kā uzņēmuma vadība plāno, piesaista, apmāca un motivē darbiniekus, nosaka, cik kvalitatīvi viņi apkalpo klientus un kādu priekšstatu rada par uzņēmumu. No personāla vadības ir atkarīgs, cik ražīgs būs darbinieks un kā viņš liks lietā savas spējas.
