Abstract

. Bakalaura darbā „Vadības stila analīze un to ietekme uz motivāciju uzņēmumā „X” tiek aplūkota vadības stilu ietekme uz organizācijas darbību, tās mērķus sasniegšanu un to ietekmi uz darbinieku motivāciju, lai izvirzītu priekšlikumus efektīvākai uzņēmuma darbībai. Darba aktualitāti nosaka uzņēmumu darbības izmaiņas, mainoties laikam un resursiem. Darba autore ir izpētījusi uzņēmuma „X” vadības stilu un to ietekmi uz motivāciju. Uzņēmumā „X” vadības stils ir viens no efektīvākajiem veidiem kā psiholoģiski iedarboties uz uzņēmuma darbiniekiem un panākt efektīvu uzņēmuma darbību un darbinieku stimulāciju nemateriālās motivācijas veidā. Darba gaitā tika izmantota plaša zinātniskā literatūra un interneta resursi, kā arī nepublicētie materiāli no uzņēmuma „X” . Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 68 lapaspuses, tajā skaitā 3 tabulas, 14 attēli un 31 literatūras avots. Darbs ir papildināts ar 2 pielikumiem.

The Bachelor paper „ Analysis of leadership style and its impact on the motivation in organization “X” ” deals with the impact of leadership styles on organizations activities, achieving its goals and their impact on motivation of employees, in order to propose suggestions on more efficient operation of a company. The paper topicality is determined by changes in operation of companies, by the change of time and resources. Author has studied the leadership style of organization “X” and its impact on motivation. Leadership style in the organization ‘’X’’ is one of the most effective ways of psychological influence on organizations employees and achieving effective organizations operation and stimulating of employees by non-material support. A large amount of scientific literature, the Internet resources as well as unpublished materials from the company „X” have been used in the paper development. The Bachelor paper consists of 68 pages, including 3 tables, 14 pictures and 31 literature sources. The paper is supplemented with 2 annex.
