Motivācijas un atalgojuma sistēma uzņēmumā SIA „RDS”

Abstract

Mūsdienās daudzos uzņēmumos darbinieku motivēšanai netiek pievērsta īpaši liela uzmanība, tieši tāpēc daudzi cilvēki maina darbavietas, jo netiek pienācīgi motivēti darbam. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt darbinieku motivācijas un atalgojuma sistēmu uzņēmumā, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus darbinieku motivācijas paaugstināšanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā un otrajā nodaļā ir apskatīti motivācijas un darba atalgojuma teorētiskie aspekti. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikts pētījums par darbinieku motivāciju uzņēmumā SIA „RDS”. Pēc pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem ir izdarīti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma SIA „RDS” darbinieku motivācijas pilnveidošanai. Nowadays in many companies managers do not pay attention to employees motivation, and many people decide to change the workplace, because they are not properly motivated to work. The goal of bachelor paper is to explore and analyse employees motivation and reward system in the company and to develop proposals to increase employees motivation. This bachelor paper consists of three chapters. The theoretical aspects of motivation and work re-compense are considered in the first and the second chapter. A research on employees motivation in the „RDS” company is carried out in the third chapter. According to the results attained from the research, conclusions have been drawn and suggestions of improving the employees’ motivation in the „RDS” company have been proposed. This bachelor’s paper consists of 70 pages, including 15 images, 8 tables and 1 appendix. Keywords: motivation, reward system,umpsum payment, time payment
