Motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanas iespējas tekstila ražošanas uzņēmumā "Drēbīte"

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā autors pēta motivācijas sistēmu tekstila izstrādāju ražošanas uzņēmumā, kas darbojas jau 60 gadus, analizējot darbinieku motivēšanas faktorus, kā arī sniedz savus priekšlikumus par motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanas iespējām. Darbu veido trīs nodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļā ietverts pārskats par motivācijas teorijas jēdzienu un tās būtību. Otrajā nodaļā apkopota informācija par uzņēmumu. Trešo nodaļu veido darba autora pētījums, kurā izmantota anketēšana, intervēšana un dokumentu analīze. Noslēgumā, pamatojoties uz motivācijas teorijas, uzņēmuma specifikas un pētījuma rezultātu analīzi, autors sniedzis savus priekšlikumus motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanai uzņēmumā. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 61 lappuses, tajā ievietotas 5 tabulas un 24 attēli, 1 formula, izmantoti 44 avoti, pievienoti 5 pielikumi.

In the this bachelor paper the author has researched the system of motivation in textile production company which has been exsisting for 60 years. The author has analysed the factors of motivation in the company as well has provided suggestions for enhancing the system of motivation. The paper consists of three chapters. The first chapter comprises a survey of the conception of motivation and its classification provided by a number of outstanding researchers. In the second chapter, the information concerning the company has been provided. The third chapter comprises a research in which the author has applied a questionnaire, an interview and analysis of the documents. In conclusion, there are suggestions for enhacing the system of motivation provided on the basis of the analysis of motivation theory, the specific needs of the company and the research made by the author. The bachelor paper consists of 61 pages. 5 tables , 24 pictures and 1 formula have been used. The bibliography comprises 44 sources, and 5 appendices have been attached.
