Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: „Personāla vadības pilnveidošanas iespējas farmaceitiskā uzņēmumā „BRIZ”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt SIA „BRIZ” personāla vadības sistēmu un dot priekšlikumus tās pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, 3 nodaļām un to apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, literatūras saraksta un pielikumiem. Pirmajā daļā tiek apskatīti personāla vadības teorētiskie jautājumi: personāla plānošana, personāla atlase, jauno darbinieku adaptācija, personāla novērtēšana, personāla atalgošanas un motivēšanas sistēmas, personāla apmācība un attīstība. Darba otrajā nodaļā aprakstīta SIA „BRIZ” darbība un tiek izskatīta organizatoriskā struktūra. Trešajā nodaļā ir analizēta uzņēmuma „BRIZ” personālvadība un tiek analizēta darbinieku apmierinātība ar uzņēmuma personālvadību. Uz iegūtās informācijas pamata, bakalaura darbā tika izdarīti secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 78 lapām, iekļaujot 25 attēlus, 3 tabulas un 4 pielikumiem.

The theme of Bachelor Paper is: „Personnel Management Improvement Possibilities in the Pharmaceutical Company “BRIZ”. Objective of Bachelor Paper is to explore “BRIZ” Ltd. personnel management system and to make recommendations for its development. The Paper consists of the introduction, 3 chapters and subchapters, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography list and appendixes. The first chapter deals with theoretical issues of personnel management: personnel planning, personnel recruitment, adaptation of new employees, personnel evalution, system of personnel payment and motivation, personnel education and development. The second chapter describes the activity and organizational structure of “BRIZ” Ltd. In the third chapter, personnel management processes and staff satisfaction with personnel management in “BRIZ” Ltd. are analyzed. The results of Bachelor research are summarized in conclusions and recommendations. Content of the Paper is 78 pages, including 25 pictures, 3 tables and 4 appendixes.
