Ārpakalpojumu īpatnības būvniecībā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Ārpakalpojumu īpatnības būvniecībā” tiek pētītas ārpakalpojumu iespējas, lai attīstītu būvniecību, kā eksportspējīgo nozari. Darba tiek apkopota teorētiskā informācija par ārpakalpojumu attīstību, būtību un formām. Pētnieciskā daļā tiek analizēti trīs dažādi tirgus līmeņi: Latvijas, ES un starptautiskais būvniecības tirgus. Praktiskajā daļā tiek analizēta informācija par ārpakalpojumu izmantošanu būvniecībā Latvijā un piecās ES valstīs (Lietuvā, Vācijā, Somijā, Apvainotajā Karalistē un Zviedrijā). Pētījuma rezultātā tiek secināts, ka ārpakalpojumu izmantošana ir nozīmīga būvniecības procesa sastāvdaļa, kura būvniecības nozarē ir pasniegta kā šaurākā starpuzņēmumu attiecību koncepcija – apakšlīgšana (sub-contracting). Ārpakalpojumu izmantošana būvniecībā veido potenciālu eksportam un var sekmēt kvalitātes rādītāju uzlabošanu nozarē.

Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts latviešu valodā, satur 31 attēlus, 13 tabulas, 4 pielikumus, 45 informācijas avotus un sastāv no 90 lapaspusēm.

The main goal of the Bachelor`s thesis „Features of the construction outsourcing” was to explore outsourcing opportunities to develop construction industry and enable export of the services. The information about the development of outsourcing, that`s nature and forms is summarized in the theoretical part of the thesis. In the research part of the work there is presented the review and analysis of three different construction market levels: Latvian, EU and International construction. In the practical part of the thesis author is analyzing the information related to outsourcing of construction services in Latvia and five EU countries (Lithuania, United Kingdom, Finland, Germany and Sweden). The conclusion of the research is that outsourcing is an important part of the construction process, which in the construction sector is presented as narrowed concept of the inter-relation between enterprises - subcontracting. Outsourcing of the construction services is building up the export potential of the construction sector and contributes to improvement of the quality indicators of the sector.

Bachelor `s thesis is written in Latvian, contains 31 figures, 13 tables, 4 appendixes, 45 information sources and consists of 90 pages.
