Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt teorētisko izpratni par sociāli atbildīgu uzņēmējdarbību un formulēt rekomendācijas tās attīstīšanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 5 nodaļām un to apakšnodaļām. Pirmās divas nodaļas atspoguļo teorētiskās nostādnes par sociāli atbildīgu uzņēmējdarbību. Trešajā nodaļā aprakstīta Eiropas valstu prakse sociālajā ekonomikā. Ceturtajā nodaļā apkopota sociāli atbildīgas uzņēmējdarbības pieredze Latvijā. Savukārt piektajā nodaļā aprakstīts praktiskais pētījums, kurā intervēti un aptaujāti Latvijas uzņēmēji. Darbā izmantoti latviešu, angļu un krievu literatūras avoti. Darbā ir 89 lapas, 6 tabulas, 13 attēli un 3 pielikumi. Literatūras sarakstā ir 69 avoti.

The aim of the Bachelor Thesis is to discover the theoretical understanding of socially responsible entrepreneurship and to formulate recommendation to develop it. Bachelor Thesis is composed of 5 chapters and it`s subchapters. First two chapters reveal theoretical viewpoints about socially responsible entrepreneurship. There are described the practice of European countries in social economy. There are summarized the experience of socially responsible entrepreneurship in Latvia in the fourth chapter. And in the fifth chapter there is practical research described, in which entrepreneurs are interview and questioned. There are sources of literature used in Latvian, English and Russian languages. There are 89 pages, 6 tables, 13 picture and 3 supplements. There are 69 sources in the list of literature.
