Nodarbinātības un bezdarba problēmas Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs "Nodarbinātības un bezdarba problēmas Latvijā". Bakalaura darbā analizēta Latvijas tautsaimniecības attīstība un tās ietekme uz nodarbinātības un bezdarba rādītājiem. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorijas atziņām un statistiskajiem datiem, izpētīt nodarbinātības un bezdarba attīstības tendences, to ietekmējošos faktorus un sekas, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus turpmākai nodarbinātības veicināšanai un bezdarba samazināšanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām, ievada, analītiskās daļas, priekšlikumiem un secinājumiem un pielikumu daļas. Pirmajā nodaļā autore izskaidro izvēlētās tēmas aktualitāti, analītiskajā nodaļā pēta tautsaimniecības attīstību un nodarbinātības un bezdarba problēmas valstī un no tā izrietošās sekas. Bakalaura darbu noslēdz autores izstrādāti priekšlikumi un secinājumi par pētāmo problēmu, kas radušies darba gaitā. Lai pilnvērtīgi izpētītu nodarbinātības un bezdarba problēmu Latvijā, autore izmantoja sekojošas pētījuma metodes: teorētiskās pētniecības metodi, analītisko metodi, statistisko datu analīzi un grafisko atspoguļojumu, kā arī autores veiktu aptauju. Pētījuma periods ir no 2005. gada līdz 2010. gada oktobrim. Bakalaura darba apjoms 74 lappuses, tajā ir 17 attēli, 6 tabulas un 2 pielikumi. Bachelor paper "Employment and unemployment problems in Latvia". Bachelor paper analyses economics development in Latvia and its influence to employment and unemployment. The objective of the bachelor paper is to research employment and unemployment development problems and factors what affect them on basis of theory about issue and statistics data and also make proposals how to stimulate employment and reduce unemployment. The Bachelor paper consists of 4 chapters, introduction, analytical chapter, conclusion and proposal part and supplements. The author begins the first part with chosen issue topicality, in the analytical part the author research development of economics in Latvia and employment and unemployment problems and sequences of them in a country. The Bachelor paper is completed by conclusions and proposals about studying problem. In order to perfectly investigate the essence of employment and unemployment problems in Latvia, the author has used the following research methods : the method of theory analyses, analytical method, comparative analyses of data and graphical depiction and a survey of the author. The period of research is from year 2005 till October of the year 2010. The Bachelor work in 74 pages, where are 17 pictures, 6 charts and 2 additions. Keyword : employment, unemployment, Gross Domestic Product ( GDP).
