Klientu apkalpošanas speciālistu produktivitāti ietekmējošo faktoru analīze

Abstract

Darba apjoms : 83 lapas, 34 bibliogrāfiskie nosaukumi, 5 pielikumi, 11 tabulas, 40 attēli.

Problēma: Darbā tika pētīta teorētiski un praktiski nozīmīga problēma – komercbankas filiāļu tīkla izvietojuma un bankas produktivitāti ietekmējošie faktori.

Darba struktūra: Darbs sastāv no 3 daļām: Pirmajā daļā autore pētīja komercbanku lomu Latvijā, kā arī izzināja faktorus, kas ietekmē bankas filiāļu produktivitāti. Otrajā daļā autore veica komercbankas klientu attieksmes pētījumu. Trešajā daļā autore veica bankas pakalpojumu realizācijas apjomu ietekmējošo faktoru analīzi.

Pētījuma mērķis: Pamatojoties uz teorijas atziņām izpētīt un noteikt komercbankas filiāļu tīkla izvietojuma un bankas filiāļu produktivitātes ietekmējošos faktorus.

Pētījuma objekts: Komercbanka, kas darbojas Latvijā.

Pētījuma jautājums: Izzināt faktorus, kas ietekmē bankas filiāļu produktivitāti un faktorus, kas bankai jāņem vērā jaunas filiāles izveidē vai slēgšanā.

Problem: Theoretically and practically important problem was researched in the paper- the influential factors of the location of commercial branch banks and bank’s productivity.

Structure of the Paper: The Paper consists of 3 parts: In the first chapter the author investigated the role of commercial banks in Latvia, as well as researched the factors, which influence the productivity of banks. In the second part the author carried out an investigation of attitudes of the clients of commercial banks. In the third part the author carried out the analysis of factors that influence the volume of implementing the banking services.

The aim of the paper: In accordance with the theoretical conclusions to investigate and determine the influential factors of the location of commercial branch banks and bank’s productivity.

Subject of the paper: A commercial bank in Latvia.

Issue of the paper: To research the factors that influence the productivity of branch banks, as well as the factors a bank has to take into account when establishing or closing a new branch bank.
