Personāla plānošanas pilnveidošana uzņēmumā "X"

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā” Personāla plānošanas pilnveidošana uzņēmumā „x”” aprakstīti un analizēti personāla plānošanas būtiskākie aspekti, kā arī plānošanas loma jebkurā uzņēmumā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt personāla plānošanu uzņēmumā „x” un izstrādāt priekšlikumus personāla plānošanas pilnveidošanai uzņēmumā „x”. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, autors izvirza sekojošus darba uzdevumus: 1.Pētīt un analizēt personāla vadības teorijas un literatūras avotus, kā arī Latvijas speciālistu publiski paustos viedokļus par personāla plānošanu uzņēmumā; 2.Analizēt personāla plānošanu uzņēmumā „x”; 3.Izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma „x” personāla plānošanas pilnveidošanai. Lai iegūtu informāciju, veikts kvalitatīvs pētījums – 14 intervijas ar personāla vadības speciālistiem, nodaļu vadītājiem, darbiniekiem un vadības pārstāvjiem. Pētījums veikts 2012.gada rudenī.

In the bachelor’s paper „The improvement of the personnel planning in the company „x”” the essential aspects of the personnel planning as well as the role of the planning in any company have been described and analyzed. The aim of the bachelor’s paper is to examine and analyze the personnel planning in the company „x” and to elaborate proposals for improvement of the personnel planning in the company „x”. In order to attain the aim of the paper the author proposes following tasks: 1.to examine and analyze the theories of the personnel management and literature sources as well as publicly expressed opinions of the Latvian experts on the personnel planning in the company; 2.to analyze personnel planning in the company „x”; 3.to elaborate proposals for improvement of the personnel planning of the company „x”. In order to collect information the qualitative research has been performed – 14 interviews with the personnel experts, heads of the units, employees and the representatives of the management. The research has been performed in the autumn of 2012.
